Mosinzhproekt holding is a company with more than 60 years of history, today the leader of the Moscow construction market and one of the largest engineering holdings in Russia.

The holding performs the full cycle of works – from the integrated territory development idea or facility creation, design, construction, the attraction of investments to input the facility into operation, and real estate management. The competence and experience of Mosinzhproekt professionals allow us to implement projects of any complexity successfully. Mosinzhproekt group of companies includes several dozens of construction and design organizations with more than 16,000 employees.

Mosinzhproekt is a holding 100% owned by the Moscow Government.

The company acts as an operator of the Program of Moscow Metro development, as a managing company for constructional engineering projects, participates in implementing key road projects of the capital. The Program of Moscow transport interchange hubs development manages development projects.

Since 2011 Mosinzhproekt has built and opened 105 km of metro lines, 51 stations, and 11 electric engine houses. Hundreds of kilometers of city motor roads have been renovated and built. The company has implemented such reference projects in Moscow as the Luzhniki GSA (Grand Sports Arena), Zaryadye Park with a multifunctional concert hall, Irina Viner-Usmanova Palace of Gymnastics, Helikon-Opera Theater, Voronovskoe Infectious Diseases Hospital (New Moscow), and several others.
