Implementing an integrated management system (IMS) that meets the requirements of international standards ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 is a strategic decision that is designed to improve the Company’s performance and provide a solid foundation for sustainability-oriented initiatives.
IMS requirements, which include the requirements of the relevant laws and regulations of the Russian Federation and internal regulatory documents, are mandatory for all employees of Mosinzhproekt Holding, its subsidiaries and affiliates, contractors, and subcontractors.
The policies and annual goals set in QHSE underpin an integrated management system that integrates resource allocation, regulatory and stakeholder compliance, risk management, and identifying and effective use of all available opportunities to improve operations further. Training of all personnel on quality, labor protection, and environmental issues, including contractors, has been organized.
A certification audit was conducted for compliance with the requirements of international standards ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018.
The presence of certificates is a confirmation of the correct course that the company implements in its activities, taking into account the best practices in QHSE. The management of Mosinzhproekt Holding strives to improve the quality of management in QHSE issues, paying special attention to the effectiveness of processes and a high degree of standardization. The Company engages its subsidiaries and affiliates in all key processes, thereby gaining stability and creating long-term partnerships with the contractors involved.
To improve the integrated management system, Mosinzhproekt is implementing projects based on BIM technologies. We collaborate with world leaders in information modeling solutions.
BIM is a way to design, construct and operate, providing an opportunity to combine all the technical and economic indicators, parameters, and data of the facility, as well as create an information model of the building, a change in one parameter of the model, which would entail a correction of the rest, this is the main difference between the information model and 3D-visualization. The main advantage of BIM is the information laid down at the stage of creating a model, accumulated in it, and used in subsequent life cycles of the object. An organized common data environment with multi-user access allows you to have up-to-date information about the capital construction project at any stage of its life cycle.
When automating processes, we managed to create a unique system that allows you to:
- automatically detect deviations from the design parameters
- automatically generate executive documentation and acts
- automatically generate defect reports
- organize the Customer’s access to the quality summary information
- monitor the elimination of defects and form plans for subsequent operational control, including taking into account the warranty obligations of the work manufacturers
