Andrey Bochkarev, Deputy Mayor of Moscow on Urban Planning and Construction, was a guest at the booth of Mosinzhproekt Engineering Holding at the anniversary 10th Moscow Urban Forum (MUF). Mosinzhproekt has been participating in the MUF as the Exclusive Partner since 2014.
During his visit to the exposition the Deputy Mayor was shown video presentations on the construction of landmark facilities in Moscow implemented by Mosinzhproekt – the National Space Center (NSC), Moscow Clinical Center for Infectious Diseases ‘Voronovskoe’, the Big Circle Metro Line and the Nizhegorodskaya Transport Interchange Hub, which will become the largest transport hub in Europe once all works are completed.
“The development of the metro remains an invariable priority in the development of the capital’s transport infrastructure. As a result of implementation of the programme, 90% of Muscovites will have a subway within walking distance,” Andrey Bochkarev noted, emphasising the contribution made to this process by the engineering holding, which acts as the operator of the metro development programme.
A special feature of Mozinzhproekt’s exposition at the MUF is its full interactivity. In addition to information about the company’s current flagship projects presented at the booth, one can also learn in a colourful and vivid format how the capital’s landmark projects implemented in recent years were created – the Luzhniki Big Sports Arena, the Helikon Opera Theatre, the Irina Viner-Usmanova Gymnastics Palace, as well as Zaryadye Park with a multifunctional concert complex, which hosts the forum.

We’ll remind that the Moscow Urban Forum is the largest congress in the field of urban development, economics and architecture, which has been held in the capital annually since 2011 and brings together prominent statespersons, urbanists, architects and designers, experts and entrepreneurs to exchange experience and gain new professional knowledge.
