The high-rise part is a 288-metre high-spired 47-storey tower, while the low-rise part consists of buildings of 8 to 10 floors. In addition, there will be a congress and business center building and an underground parking. The high-rise and low-rise parts, as well as the congress and business center will be coupled by a pedestrian gallery and bridge overpasses.
