According to the head of the Construction Complex, finishing of the office premises is underway as well.

The polymeric flooring has already been installed, ensuring that the premises floor is dust-free, water-resistant, and antistatic. Next, the installation of the substation’s equipment will begin”, added Mr. Andrey Bochkarev.

Mr. Yuri Kravtsov, CEO, Mosinzhproekt JSC, specified that a total of 271 service and technical premises would be constructed at the Vnukovo station, 138 of which had the rough finishing completed. “The cast-in-situ structures of the station are being constructed. Concrete is now being poured in the escalator inclined tunnel area and the dismantled disassembling and shield chamber area, where the pumping plant and ventilation chamber of the station complex will be located. The junction of the entrance concourse of the station complex to the underground passage, leading directly to the Vnukovo Airport is being prepared”, informed Mr. Yuri Kravtsov.

In addition, as the head of the engineering holding specified, the installation of high-priority utilities for ventilation, sewerage and water supply had started.

The commissioning of the new Solntsevskaya Line section will improve the transport services in Troitsky and Novomoskovsky Administrative Districts (TiNAO) of Moscow, and Vnukovo will become the first airport in Russia with its own metro station.
