Konstantin Maslakov, General Director of MIPSTROY 1, won the national business award “Best in Russia – Companies and Persons of the Year” in the category “Engineering. Infrastructure construction”.
MIPSTROY 1 is the leading construction division of the Mosinzhproekt Group of Companies.
The company, headed by Konstantin Maslakov since 2020, has more than 4 thousand high-level specialists who are involved in the implementation of Moscow’s major urban planning projects.
MIPSTROY 1 employees have been involved in the construction of more than 30 kilometres of lines and more than 20 stations of the Moscow Metro. Now a team led by Konstantin Maslakov is working on a key Moscow metro construction project, the Big Circle Line: the eastern BCL section is being completed.
This year, Konstantin Maslakov has won the Federal Award ‘Reputation’ in the field of infrastructure construction and has been also recognised as the engineer of the year in Russia.
National Business Award “Best in Russia. Person of the Year”, a key event for the Russian business community, celebrates successes and achievements of companies and industry leaders, identifying significant projects of the past year. The event is supported by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation.
Winners are selected by a vote of an expert council which includes representatives from the business community, business environment, politicians and public figures. Also, it is based on data from the ‘Medialogiya’ analytical system and ‘Ekspert’ magazine. The prize has been awarded annually since 1998.
