Mosinzhproekt Engineering Holding celebrates its 63rd anniversary. I sincerely congratulate you all on this event!
In the first decades of its history, Mosinzhproekt built engineering utilities in the new districts of Moscow. Today, our Holding is the key operator of Moscow urban planning programmes. We intensify our efforts in several directions, i.e. the underground railway, roads, engineering structures, land planning for a number of large-scale urban development projects.
Mosinzhproekt has a strong presence as the leader of the national metro construction. We have already commissioned 51 stations of the Moscow metro. Under the instruction of Mayor of Moscow and Management of Moscow Complex of Urban Planning Policy and Construction, we proceed with creation of the world’s largest metro circle – the Big Circle Line. This year we have opened two new stations, and are about setting a record in the history of the Moscow metro by launching simultaneously 10 other stations.
We take part in implementation of the crucial motorway projects: development of a system of chord highways and a transport framework for New Moscow, creation of a street-and-road network on the grounds of the former ZIL industrial zone and Kommunarka administrative and business center.
We built landmark facilities in the capital city, such as Palace of Gymnastics and Zaryadye Park. We are currently building one of the world’s largest space centers. Our projects improve the image of Moscow, and make the lives of millions of Muscovites and visitors to the capital more comfortable.
The scope of our competence in view of creating turnkey cities are in demand in the regions. Holding’s specialists are already designing a large-scale public space in Magnitogorsk. And from now on, Mosinzhproekt will take part in development of the transport system of Yekaterinburg.
The interest in Holding deepens both in Russia and globally. Our projects become finalists and winners of the acclaimed international MIPIM Awards. In 2021, Mosinzhproekt rose by 9 positions, if compared to 2020, in the international rating of ENR’s 2021 Top 250 Global Contractors – the 114th place among 250 world largest construction companies.
Mosinzhproekt successfully elaborates and introduces innovations in design and construction. We are leaders in implementation of information modelling technologies, and proceed with rapid development of our BIM competence center.
I am confident, that every year we will improve our performance, and implement more and more challenging and significant projects. More than 16 thousand employees of Mosinzhproekt are a close-knit team of professionals. We are able to solve problems of any degree of complexity!
