“Mosinzhproekt Group of Companies is negotiating to participate in major territorial development projects in Leningrad and Murmansk regions”, informed Yuri Kravtsov, General Director of Mosinzhproekt JSC, at the Moscow Urban Forum, which is held from 1 to 21 August 2022 in the format of the City for All exhibition of key urban planning projects in Moscow.
Mosinzhproekt GC is an Exclusive partner of the event, one of the largest engineering holdings in Russia, the operator of key urban planning programmes in Moscow. It is included in the List of backbone organisations of the Russian economy in the construction, housing and utilities sector.
“Competencies of the Group of Companies in the formation of new urban areas on a turnkey basis, in the full construction cycle of engineering, transport and civil facilities of any complexity are increasingly sought after in the regions. Mosinzhproekt interacts with a number of resident companies of the large port and industrial cluster of Ust-Luga regarding its participation in the implementation of their projects in the region. Potential customers give high rates to the technical proposals of Mosinzhproekt”, emphasised Yuri Kravtsov.
“The Group of Companies’ participation in two major projects in the Murmansk region is now under discussion. The first one is the renovation of the Murmansk seaport area. The second project is an integrated development of the territory and creation of a new residential neighborhood in Monchegorsk”, added Yuri Kravtsov.
The head of the engineering holding recalled that the company was designing the year-round multifunctional public space “Attraction” in Magnitogorsk of the Chelyabinsk region. In July, the grand opening of the first phase of the park complex took place. The design work on the second phase facilities is underway.
“The Group of Companies is also targeted at establishing partnerships with development institutions, which will increase the number of regional projects in the long run. In particular, a set of documents has been sent to include Mosinzhproekt in the Registry of specialized companies – engineers of the State Development Corporation VEB.RF, which can enable to carry out an examination of infrastructure projects coming to the bank and facilitate their implementation in the subject regions of the Russian Federation”, said Anton Zhiganov, Deputy General Director for Strategy and Business Development at Mosinzhproekt JSC.
