“Mosinzhproekt Group of Companies has retained its position in the non-credit rating of procurement management quality, compiled by Expert RA and Expert Business Solutions analytical company for the second year”, said Yuri Kravtsov, General Director of Mosinzhproekt JSC.
Mosinzhproekt GC is one of the major engineering holdings in Russia, the participant in the implementation of the principal urban planning programmes in Moscow. In 2022, the holding was included in the List of backbone organisations of the Russian economy in the construction and housing and utilities sector.
“The procurement process is under special control within the Group of Companies. When carrying out procurement procedures, we constantly adhere to the principles of transparency and competitiveness, because this enables us to achieve the highest quality of goods, work and services to implement major urban planning projects in Moscow”, said Yuri Kravtsov.
The top 70 companies includes the leading national companies with an annual procurement volume of at least 500 million rubles during the last calendar year. These include state corporations, public joint-stock companies, banks, and oil and gas companies.
Yuri Kravtsov specified that inclusion into the rating demonstrated high efficiency of the procurement activities of the holding.
“The procurement experts of the Group of Companies make a significant contribution to the commissioning of the facilities of the capital order”, emphasised the head of the engineering holding.
The Procurement Management Quality Rating is based on the author’s methodology presented by Expert Business Solutions. The final assessment reflects the level of development of key aspects of the company’s procurement system: the procurement experience of the division head and their team, the degree of the procurement management system automation, the quality of procurement systematisation and regulation, and the efficiency of procurement.
