The Mosinzhproekt Group of Companies is the operator of the Moscow key urban development programmes.
“The author team at MIP-Service, part of Mosinzhproekt Group of Companies, has created a unique electronic application for the intelligent processing of big data for operating with construction waste. The “Mosinzhproekt: Transportation of construction, demolition, and soil waste” information system accumulates all construction waste management information from both controlling instruments and paper. In future, the programme will also use barcoding for accompanying documents, which will reduce the processing time”, said Yuri Kravtsov.
According to him, the application is designed for detailed communication between service providers and customers in a unified information system. The designed programme will help to significantly improve logistics efficiency, reduce the cost to organise waste transport services, unrecorded rounds and other errors by maintaining a common database and immediate reporting, a tiered monitoring system and deminishing of human factor impact.
“Once finalised, “Mosinzhproekt” will be able to offer this software product to other players in the construction waste management market. The programme runs on regular basis at MIP-Service. The company has also initiated the procedure to obtain a license for this in-house solution. A data collection terminal with a specially developed mobile app is planned to be used in the further development of the system. This will increase the timeliness of the data collection on construction waste disposal rounds. In addition, a financial budgeting and managerial accounting function will be introduced, construction and installation work documents will be included. It is planned to integrate this product with business intelligence tools used at Mosinzhproekt JSC and add the ability for heads of business divisions to receive reports organised as automated display”, added Yuri Kravtsov.
