“The Mosinzhproekt Group of Companies is holding a week-long series of events for the World Day for Safety and Health at Work which is celebrated on 28 April. The Mosinzhproekt Group of Companies is the operator of the Moscow key urban development programmes.
“Measures aimed exclusively at preserving the life and health of the personnel involved in Mosinzhproekt’s construction sites are constantly being improved. The World Day for Safety and Health at Work is not just an opportunity to remind people of safety regulations, but also raise the level of professional culture among employees. This is why training, educational and even family events are held for employees of the Group of companies and contractors for the whole week. Safe production is crucial to the company’s efficiency”, specified Yuri Kravtsov.
According to him, in the context of activities, emergency drills, health checks of employees, and special linear inspections of construction sites by various managers are being carried out.
Vladimir Dorovskiy, Deputy General Director for Quality, Safety and Health Protection, Industrial Safety, and Environmental Protection at Mosinzhproekt JSC, recalled that the holding has recently adopted new SMART 12 Regulations which contain key health, safety, fire and environmental protection regulations based on the international best practices.
“Safety and health protection are one of the priority features of the company’s integrated management system. The Mosinzhproekt Group of Companies focuses in detail on every aspect. Last year, employees switched to new signal workwear. This year, digital safety and health protection management system modules are being actively tested and implemented in pilot projects, which will become another of the competitive advantages of the holding”, said Vladimir Dorovskiy.
Recall that the World Day for Safety and Health at Work was established in 2003 at the initiative of the International Labour Organisation to emphasise measures to prevent accidents and injuries in the workplace.
