The Mosinzhproekt Group of Companies has been included in the top 10 of the industry segment of the Russia’s Most Attractive Employers ranking, according to Mr. Yuri Kravtsov, CEO, Mosinzhproekt JSC.
Mosinzhproekt GC is the operator of key urban planning programmes in Moscow and is included in the List of Backbone Organisations of the Russian Economy in the Construction and Housing and Utilities Sector.
“The scope of tasks facing the Mosinzhproekt holding implies the simultaneous involvement of a large number of experts who are required to be high-level professionals to achieve a high-quality result. Therefore, as an employer, the Group of Companies is interested not only in the continuous professional growth and development of its employees, but also in attracting the most competent and talented applicants to its staff”, noted Mr. Yuri Kravtsov.
According to him, increasing the Group’s recognition and growing interest in it among professionals and young experts is facilitated by participating in labour market research. For example, at the end of 2022, the holding was ranked among the top ten industry leaders in the Best Russian Employers ranking compiled by the popular online ‘hh.ru’ recruiting platform.
Mr. Grigory Mazitov, Deputy Director General for HR Policy at Mosinzhproekt JSC, specified that the Group was ranked eighth in the construction industry segment.
“Our position in the ranking is a launch pad for future records, so we are working on improving and increasing the efficiency of personnel work in the holding to further improve the result we have achieved”, explained Mr. Grigory Mazitov.
Among the concrete steps in this regard, he named the development of the HR brand, the creation and promotion of the EVP, an employer value proposition concept aimed at making companies more attractive to job seekers, as well as further work on the MIP Wellbeing corporate employee loyalty programme, which has generated great interest in the target audience.
“I am sure that at the end of this year there will be new wins in the professional rankings of the labour market”, stressed Mr. Grigory Mazitov.
The Russia’s best employers ranking has been compiled by the ‘hh.ru’ Russian online recruitment platform since 2010. It is based on a staff loyalty index study, an analysis of current HR practices in the company and a survey among job applicants. At the end of 2022, almost 2,000 companies took part in it.
