The Holding accumulated unique competences by implementing key Moscow infrastructure projects
Mosinzhproekt Engineering Holding is ready to offer its services as an operator to the Russian regions to implement major urban development projects (UDP) – territories that require a comprehensive approach and integration into the existing urban environment with a balance of interests of residents, social environment, business and urban planning policy. This was stated by Yuri Kravtsov, General Director of Mosinzhproekt JSC, during “100+ TechnoBuild 2021” International Forum held in Yekaterinburg.
The turnkey urban development model was presented at the forum to Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of Russia in the Ural Federal District Vladimir Yakushev, and Mayor of Yekaterinburg Alexei Orlov.
Based on the results of the presentation by Mosinzhproekt, Vladimir Yakushev emphasized the interest in cooperation with the holding in implementing large-scale infrastructure projects in the Urals. He noted that the experience of Mosinzhproekt will help to increase the efficiency of work on similar projects in the regions.
“The specialists of Mosinzhproekt Engineering Holding have accumulated unique competences by implementing key Moscow infrastructure projects, as well as by acting as an operator of a number of major urban development projects in Moscow. By accumulating this experience, the holding can become a kind of competence center for the development of large urban agglomerations and offer the concept of territory development to the regions of our country,” said Yuri Kravtsov.
The CEO of Mosinzhproekt explained that the company, as the operator of a major urban development project, offers a comprehensive approach to assessing the feasibility of the project with support of all its stages, including the development of territory planning and the optimal model of cooperation between all participants, attracting budget and non-budgetary investments in the development of the territory.
For his part, Nail Sayfullin, Director for Development of Mosinzhproekt, JSC, specified that the holding actually operates in “one window” mode, implementing the function of territory development operator: it organizes and accompanies the development of unique concepts for each territory based on the performed economic analysis, coordinates activities of all project participants, and makes offers aimed at optimizing costs of municipal and regional budgets when implementing projects by public procurement authorities on the territory of large urban centers.
Mosinzhproekt can ensure the integration of a major urban development project into the existing urban infrastructure, creating a transport framework, developing a comprehensive system of utility support, comprehensively planning the construction of required social and commercial facilities. As a result, the urban residents get a comfortable and harmoniously developed urban environment, in fact, a turnkey city,” stressed Nail Sayfullin.
