Mosinzhproekt Engineering Holding is ready to offer its services for the development of large urban agglomerations in Russia, Yuri Kravtsov, General Director of Mosinzhproekt, said at the 10h Moscow Urban Forum. Mosinzhproekt is the operator of key urban development programmes in Moscow and the Exclusive Partner of MUF 2021.
“In his recent Address, Russian President Vladimir Putin paid special attention to the issues of integrated development of infrastructure projects in Russian regions. Undoubtedly, Moscow has successful experience in implementing such projects, and the practice of accelerated construction of transport and social infrastructure should be replicated in the regions. Mosinzhproekt is a key participant in the implementation of the largest Moscow infrastructure projects. In addition, the holding acts as the territorial development operator for a number of large urban development projects: the Mnevnikovskaya floodplain, the territory of the Krunichev State Research and Production Space Center being vacated and the Kommunarka ADC. By accumulating this experience, Mosinzhproekt can become a kind of competence centre for the development of large urban agglomerations for Russian regions,” Yuri Kravtsov noted.
According to the CEO of Mosinzhproekt, the holding can offer services for the planning and development of territories and transport infrastructure, including rail transport.
“Mosinzhproekt specialists can also develop a feasibility study for projects and propose mechanisms for extra-budgetary financing, provide access to advanced design and construction technologies, and attract the best professionals to implement projects,” Yuri Kravtsov emphasised.
