Expert RA rating agency confirmed the A+.gq rating for Mosinzhproekt JSC, which means “A very high level of management quality,” according to Mr. Yuri Kravtsov, CEO, Mosinzhproekt JSC.
Mosinzhproekt JSC is the head organization of the Mosinzhproekt Group of Companies, a participant in the principal urban planning programmes in Moscow and one of the major engineering holdings in Russia, which is included in the List of Backbone Organisations of the Russian Economy in the Construction and Housing and Utilities Sector.
The agency praised the administartion of the Board of Directors, the level of organization and regulation of the risk management system, as well as the interaction with the company’s suppliers. The rating was positively influenced by a good degree of protection of the owners’ and other stakeholders’ rights, the level of strategic support of the company’s activity, the system of labor relations and corporate ethics management.
“Mosinzhproekt JSC provides a full cycle of design, construction and commissioning of new metro lines and stations, civil and road facilities. Our strategic priorities include entering new markets, in particular the implementation of major urban planning and infrastructure projects in the Russian regions. To achieve these goals, it is important to maintain a consistently high quality of management, constantly improve business processes and have a reputation of a reliable partner”, emphasized Mr. Yuri Kravtsov.
According to the head of the engineering holding, an important criterion for the effectiveness of the organization is also the care for the employees and their lives, health, financial well-being and professional development.
“The company has adopted the HR policy, the code of conduct, and the standard containing highly detailed occupational health and safety requirements. The incentive system is linked to KPIs, which also supports the rating assessment”, says the Expert RA report.
It was also noted that staff development activities were conducted on a regular basis, and almost half of the company’s employees had taken part in professional training programmes over the past year.
Recall that the rating agency first assigned A+.gq level to Mosinzhproekt JSC in 2016, and the company annually confirms it.
