“The flyover of the Moscow High-Speed Diameter main road route in the vicinity of the MCD 2 Krasny Stroitel platform is about 65% complete”, said Andrey Bochkarev, Deputy Mayor of Moscow on Urban Planning and Construction.

“All five pillars of the flyover have been erected, and the launching of the 300-metre span is underway. It is 70% complete”, said the Deputy Mayor.
He recalled that a 1,190-metre flyover of the main road route near the MCD 2 Pokrovskoye platform is also under construction on the section of the high-speed diameter from the Paveletsky suburban railway line to the Moscow Automobile Ring Road.
“All pillars of the main road route flyover and ramp supports have been erected, the span is also being completed and the bridge deck is being laid in parallel. The construction readiness of the facility is 65%”, specified the head of the Moscow Complex of Urban Planning Policy and Construction.
Yuri Kravtsov, General Director of Mosinzhproekt JSC, added that utilities and roads are being built on the site, and the relocation of the electricity network is nearly complete.
“Outdoor lighting is 25% complete, rainwater drainage is two-thirds complete, and heating networks are 75% complete”, said Yuri Kravtsov.
The section of the High-Speed Diameter from the Paveletsky suburban railway line to the Moscow Automobile Ring Road will provide access to the highway from the Biryulyovo Zapadnoye district and integration with Dorozhnaya Street, which serves as a back-up road to Varshavskoye Highway.
