The exhibition ‘More than Architecture’ held at the Schusev Museum of Architecture was the finale of the Open City Festival of Architectural Education and Careers. Mosinzhproekt Group of Companies was the official partner of the event.
“The idea behind the festival is to achieve maximum integration of everyone with all the rest: today’s students, experienced architects, developers. This year, participants from 16 Russian cities have joined the festival events. More than two thousand people participated in the Open City events, and more than a thousand visited the final exhibition for two days”, said Sergey Kuznetsov, Chief Architect of Moscow.
The exhibition featured presentations of 12 works created by students from 28 universities and supervised by representatives of the architectural bureaus. These works are a synthesis of architecture and theatre, music, animation, gastronomy and other trends. The winners were selected by a professional jury of 35 members, which included a representative from the Mosinzhproekt GC.
