Graduated from the Academy of Civil Defence EMERCOM of Russia with a degree in Protection in Emergency situations. He served in the 495th Rescue Center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation.
For more than 15 years, he has been involved in occupational health, industrial safety, and environmental protection. He worked in the North Caucasus Academy of Public Service, Azov Service Division LLC, Smith Siberian Services LLC.
Participated in the construction and commissioning of the first regional hypermarket Leroy Merlin Vostok in Russia. Formed industrial safety services, conducted audits in the safety culture of European factories of Frito Ley Manufacturing (PepsiCo), participated in the design, construction, and commissioning of a plant producing snacks.
He is experienced working in companies that provide oilfield services and manufacture specialized equipment. Was engaged in the development of new products and the organization of testing in VNIIBT-Drilling tool LLC. Organized the development and implementation of new products for the automation of drilling processes in Integra-Technologies LLC.
