PAVEL ALEXANDROVICH

Graduated from the Moscow Order of the Red Banner of Labor Hydromelioration Institute with a degree in Water Management and Melioration. He graduated from the Ecole Nationale Polytechnique de Toulouse in France. He has a diploma from SPbGASU in the specialty of Highways Construction.

He has more than 25 years of experience in engineering, design, and construction. He was engaged in the development of complex hydraulic engineering projects for African countries. In 1999-2004, he worked in the Russian technical mission in the Republic of Tunisia.

Participated in the Michelin and Renault factories (Avtoframos) in the Moscow region and Moscow. He worked at Setec (France) and a branch of Ove Arup&Partners International Limited (Great Britain) in Moscow.

Over the years, he was engaged in the design and construction of the toll express motorway Moscow-St. Petersburg Neva. He served as the design director of the concession company Two Capitals Highwat LLC (the Russian VTB Capital group and the French group VINCI Concessions). He managed the design of the 7th and 8th sections of the highway.

Since October 2020, he has been Deputy General Director of Mosinzhproekt JSC for the Construction of Road Facilities.

He has received commendations for successfully managing the design and construction of the M-11 Neva highway of the Ministry of Transport and Road Management of the Novgorod Region. For his great contribution to the development of transport infrastructure, he was awarded by the Committee for the Development of Transport Infrastructure of St. Petersburg and the Committee for Road Management of the Leningrad Region.
