KIVLYUK
VALERY PETROVICH

Graduated from the Siberian Automobile and Road Institute with a degree in Bridges and Tunnels.

He has more than 30 years of experience in the field of design and construction. He began his career as a worker in the Sedelnikovsky Maintenance Depot (Omsk region). He taught at the Siberian Automobile and the Road Institute named after V.V. Kuibyshev.

In the SPA Mostovik, he worked his way up from engineer to Deputy General Director, implementing the design and construction of both metro facilities and large federal facilities.

He worked as a director of the Metro-1 Directorate in Mosinzhproekt JSC.

Awards:

  • 2013 – gratitude of the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation for the personal contribution to the development of the fuel and energy complex and for the successful completion of the construction and commissioning of the ESPO-2 oil pipeline systems
  • 2017 – Received gratitude from the Mayor of Moscow for conscientious work in the construction industry of the city of Moscow
  • 2020 – the honorary title of Honored Builder of the Russian Federation for many years of conscientious activity, significant contribution to the construction of the section of the Moscow Metro’s Big Ring Line from Delovoy Center metro station to Savelovskaya metro station, for merits in construction and many years of conscientious work
