KRAVTSOV YURI NIKOLAEVICH
General Director
He graduated from Saratov Higher Military Engineering School of Chemical Defense, advanced training courses for managers at the Moscow State Construction University. A Professional constructor and manager with 25 years of experience.
He managed projects as part of international consortiums with global manufacturers and construction engineering companies in Russia, Kazakhstan, Saudi Arabia. He has worked with well-known foreign enterprises such as Bechtel, Tekfen, and Nippon Steel. As the General Director, he established and managed construction engineering companies and introduced international standards and technologies of project management based on the EPC and EPsCm model.
For almost 19 years, he managed major construction projects in Russia and Kazakhstan in the oil and gas industry. These included developing major fields, constructing the Central Asia-Center gas pipeline, and implementing the Sakhalin-1 and Sakhalin-2 projects. He has experience in international project management; in particular, he headed the Stroytransgaz company branch in Saudi Arabia. He was responsible for implementing integrated projects for the largest Russian fuel and energy complex companies, including Gazprom, Gazprom Neft, Transneft, Norilsk Nickel Mining, and the Metallurgical Company. Since 4 May 2020, he has been appointed General Director of Mosinzhproekt JSC.
