He graduated from the Military University of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation with a degree in Translation and Translation Studies.
He has more than 10 years of experience in HR management. He worked in such large corporations as PJSC MMC Norilsk Nickel, JSC Alfabank. He has managed HR projects in Russian and international companies, including PJSC Polyus Gold, Holcim, PJSC Uralkali, and Suzuki.
He developed and implemented, including “from scratch,” programs for selecting and adapting personnel, building a corporate culture, creating an employer brand, and increasing employee engagement. He managed projects on automation of personnel operations, transformation, and improvement of business processes efficiency, forming key HR functions procedures.
