Zaryadye Park, a landmark project for Moscow implemented by Mosinzhproekt, was opened by Russian President Vladimir Putin on the Moscow City Day on September 9, 2017

The concept of the park was chosen in an international competition. The winner was an international consortium led by an architectural bureau Diller Skofidio + Renfro. Zaryadye Park is a unique landscape park featuring plants from Russia’s main natural and landscape zones. The main concept of the park is “Wild Urbanism”.
Apart from creating a walking park zone, the Zaryadye Park included the construction of the Ice Cave/ Reserve Embassy pavilions, the Media Center, cafés, a restaurant, underground parking, a concert hall, the reconstruction of Moskvoretskaya Embankment and a pedestrian underpass with an interactive museum, as well as the construction of a new observation deck – the unique Floating Bridge.

AWARDS AND ACHIEVEMENTS:
The Zaryadye Park project was highly appreciated by UNESCO experts. A major international portal ArchDaily named Zaryadye Park the best public space project.
